Miles' World Famous Cutting Edge Tofu Stuffed Mushrooms |

 This family is enjoying my stuffed mushrooms with a high degree of confidence. Impress your friends with this recipe!
Here at the lab, I make these every chance I get
- X-tra Virgin Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- 20 Large Button Mushrooms (w/ stalks)
- Ground pork OR 1/2 lb block of firm tofu
- Parsley
- Salt and course ground black pepper
-Garlic
-I-talian flavored bread crumbs (Progresso brand).
1. Take stalks out of mushrooms and dice.
2. Dice Garlic.
3. sautee garlic, diced mushroom stalk, and tofu (just crumble it into the sautee).
4. When well-sauteed, add a large dash of breadcrumbs, a huge heaping of parm cheese, a fistful of diced parsley, and salt and pepper.
5. Mix well, and then stuff into mushroom caps.
6. Sprinkle stuffed mushrooms with parm cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
bake uncovered in oven @ 350 for 20-25mins or until brown and juicy.
